How soon can I schedule?

I ask for 2-3 days advance notice, due to scheduling availability. Although there are times when I am available for a next day shoot. Also, keep in mind weather in the Treasure Valley may influence the day and time we shoot for best results.

 

What is the best time of day to shoot my property?

I will make your property look fantastic no matter the time of day, however, early mornings and late afternoon are best. To avoid long shadows we will determine the best time of day for your front exterior image.

 

How long does a shoot take?

A photo shoot can go quick or it can be done right. I want to do it right so that your photos are excellent and help you increase your competitive marketing advantage. Details matter. A shoot can take from 60 minutes for a small property up to about 4 hours for an estate.

Beyond the time investment at the property shoot, I do invest a number of hours processing your awesome real estate photographs to bring them to light and life.

 

How can I reschedule?

I understand that circumstances and weather happen, especially in the Treasure Valley. If you do need to reschedule a photo shoot it must be done by calling or texting Spencer at 425-770-9924 within 1 business day.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you do need to cancel I completely understand. If the cancellation is communicated in person or via phone contact I will not charge a cancellation fee. We will get the next one.

 

How many Photos do I get with my shoot?

Each property is unique so I do not like to put a definitive number to a photo shoot. I strive to capture the best features of the interior and exterior of the property.

 

You have 3 Standard packages, plus 2 Elite package options:

~  Standard Bronze, includes up to 25 pro edited photos.

~  Standard Silver, includes up to 35 pro edited photos.

~  Standard Gold, includes up to 46 pro edited photos. 

~  Elite Silver, includes Standard plus 6 drone and 2 daylight twilight photos.

~  Elite Gold, includes Standard plus 6 drone and 2 daylight twilight photos.

 

If you need more than what is in each package, individual photos beyond the count are $10 per pro edited photo. Often times brokers go beyond the package photo count so that you can use your images for social media or other marketing.

How are the photos delivered?

If we shoot before 3pm, then I will deliver your final pro edited photos by noon the next day. Your final photos are delivered via SmugMug link.
